About SpeakEZ
As someone who has lived in cosmopolitan cities in different parts of the world, I have always assumed that international communication came naturally to everyone. After having taught English in Switzerland for 12 years, I realized that was not the case. It is certainly hard enough to learn another language, let alone attempt to make a speech in front of a group or to speak at a meeting, write a thesis or even just a few lines for an advertising campaign. I am here to help make those hurdles feel less daunting.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a diploma in Management, I know I would be able to help anyone achieve a certain level of confidence when it comes to getting one’s message across. Aside from teaching English, I have had the pleasure of editing, proofreading and giving training for presentations over the past few years and have found tremendous satisfaction in doing so.
Communicating in a language other than your own should not be a heavy chore, but instead should be one that is memorable and also a pleasure for both the presenters and/or writers and the listeners and/or readers.

Sometimes we just need a little help when it comes to writing. Actually having someone guide your through the first draft to the final print is always a welcome idea.
Proofreading
You’ve burnt the midnight oil, spent hours constructing sentences to make yourself understood, what do you do next? Ask for another pair of eyes to make sure you’ve crossed your t’s and dotted your i’s. After all, what’s the point of a good paper if punctuations and misspelt words are making your documents less credible.
Editing
Sometimes proofreading is not enough. A word for word translation is not always reliable and sentences may lose their meaning. Editing comes into play when sentences need to communicate the precise message you are trying to convey. A catchy title doesn’t hurt either and this is where editing shines.
